Espera is a short documentary told through an intimate conversation between Quevedo and an ex-lover.

The audio version of this work premiered at First Look Festival at The Museum of the Moving Image in 2018 as a part of Radio Atlas. The audio work screened at Open City Documentary Festival,  Locust Project, and the Banjuoja Audio Festival in Lithuania.

Espera is the winner of the 2018 Third Coast / Richard H. Driehaus Directors' Choice Award and was shortlisted for the Hearsay International Audio Arts Festival ‘Celebrate’ and GanBéarla awards (2019).
